HomeTeam Pest Defense is looking for a General Manager to lead a local branch, drive sales and service, and manage operations within budget. You will oversee marketing, installation, and service, while building strong relationships with homebuilders and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years in a management role

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations within budgeted financial performance
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to achieve goals
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy
• Maintain relationships with homebuilders and coordinate with corporate staff
• Create a positive work environment and recruit/retain qualified staff
• Ensure certification/licensing is current and applicable
