Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Branch Financial Manager to lead administrative processes, coach a team, and support district profitability. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with district leadership, managing analytics, and ensuring financial operations align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance/operations coordinators, improving processes, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability for the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in Finance or Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• P&L reporting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance and operations coordinators through hiring, training, performance reviews.
• Develop and sustain consistent processes to drive profitability.
• Oversee branch-level analyses and P&L reviews to support profitability.
• Lead initiatives to optimize branch operations with finance and operations teams.
• Support district leadership with cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.
