Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a finance/business degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to lead branches.
• Effective written and verbal communication for presenting issues to leadership.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• Agile mindset, quick learner, and collaborative approach.
• Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• P&L reporting experience is highly preferred.
• Reliable, with regular attendance.
• Willingness to travel and comply with Penske procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch teams through hiring, training, reviews and coaching.
• Develop and sustain cross-branch processes to drive profitability.
• Reward and recognize team members and foster teamwork.
• Assess staffing needs with DFM and adjust accordingly.
• Perform branch-level analyses (P&L, aged trial balance) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize local and central processes.
• Oversee billing, receivables, tax and compliance related to branch operations.
• Lead process improvements and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve branch performance.
• Support district leadership with business planning and analytics.
