Job summary

You will assist the branch financial manager with guidance and information to improve branch performance. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in customer service financial administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and financial administrative roles.
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and ongoing education.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening as required by Penske.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized function.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease billing and related activities to protect branch profitability and service quality.
• Coordinate fleet licensing, permitting and service processes for vehicles; manage outside vendor support.
• Track external vendor activities and non-maintenance tasks impacting fleet operations.
• Perform process analyses using QlikView/AS400 to identify improvements and guide problem solving.
• Maintain district personnel files, weekly payroll and new-hire paperwork; support Branch and District Financial Managers.
