Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; if no degree, equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of combined sales and management experience.
• Advanced level of sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have intermediate skills in Finance & P&L Management; Talent Management; Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth through existing customer portfolio; achieve annual quota for add and renewal revenue.
• Enhance customer experience; ensure VOC scores and customer retention.
• Oversee operations to meet district goals; involve Fleet/Assets management.
• Manage branch P&L performance; monitor financial results.
• Lead talent management; engage branch staff.
• Handle other projects as assigned by the manager.
