Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Experience in retail sales or call centers preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations with professionalism.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with internet-enabled technology and basic banking apps.
• Bilingual ability is a plus depending on branch needs.
