Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Engage customers in various ways to bank with us and provide solutions, incl. digital capabilities.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decide loan applications.
• Complete servicing duties for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities to solve other needs.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Maintain established customer service standards and deliver differentiated service.
• Engage in lobby management and welcome customers, addressing banking needs.
• Introduce banking partners when a product solution is appropriate.
• Stay current with AML/BSA/KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud.
• Resolve and log customer complaints accurately.
• Review and resolve overdrafts.
• Complete customer transactions accurately.
• Document interactions and appointments in the system.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and uphold brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
