Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate when needed.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Follow risk controls and policies; support ethical brand values.
