Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients accordingly.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATMs, and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to ensure seamless service and referrals.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
