Chase Branch Operations Lead sought to work with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliant, efficient branch operations.

You will guide daily operations, supervise cash handling and lobby flow, promote self-service options, and train staff to uphold policies, loss prevention, and audit readiness. This role sets a positive tone and builds lasting client relationships across all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs, keeping them in the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
