Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and strong operational controls. You will guide lobby flow, oversee cash devices, and lead a team focused on accuracy, compliance, and customer education.

You will also drive adoption of self-service options, support a secure, well-run branch, and help foster lasting client relationships through cross-team collaboration and reliable problem solving.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Commitment to educating the branch team and partners.
• Ability to build relationships and refer clients to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings for relationship building.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolve client issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, anywhere.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
