Job summary

Chase is actively seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in a Chase Branch. The role focuses on ensuring accurate customer transactions, adherence to policies, and a welcoming environment for clients.

You will guide clients to self-service options, build lasting relationships, and lead the branch team to uphold compliance and high service standards. Training precedes placement, with travel for in-person sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch and ensure clients have an exceptional experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while managing the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensure accuracy, and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
