Chase in Mobile, AL is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage daily branch activities, uphold policies, and deliver exceptional client service. You will lead the team, ensure compliance, train staff, and promote self-service options for clients, while maintaining strong loss control and audit standards.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations and foster lasting client relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Adherence to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a collaborative team.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Exceptional client engagement and referral to experts when needed.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience and flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere with exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings for relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations smooth and secure.
• Work with Branch Manager to ensure ongoing staff education and process improvements.
