Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our Indianapolis branch. You’ll work with the Branch Manager and a team of colleagues to ensure precise handling of client transactions, adherence to policies, and strong loss-control practices.

You’ll welcome clients, guide them to self-service options, manage lobby flow, and lead day-to-day branch operations including cash devices and audits. The role emphasizes coaching, relationship-building, and reliable execution of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organization to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a branch setting.
• Ability to educate and coach the branch team and partners.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• At least 1 year of retail banking experience; ability to work weekend/evening hours.
• 6+ months of Teller experience and a college degree or military equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
