• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and provide 24/7 access.
• Support the Branch Manager to maintain loss controls, compliance, and audits.
