Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our Fort Worth, TX branch. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to guide daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate handling of client transactions while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will train and motivate the team, streamline lobby flow, promote self-service options, and drive loss prevention, compliance, and audits. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Lead and support branch operations and team performance.
• Educate and engage the branch team and partners.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, checking them into queues.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and address needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
