Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences in a busy Frisco branch. You will oversee lobby flow, transactions, and team coordination while ensuring compliance and accuracy in daily operations.

You will train and educate the branch team, build lasting client relationships, and promote self-service options to enhance the customer journey. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Experience educating the branch team and partners.
• Excellent at building client relationships and referring to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understanding needs, and guidance.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and resolving issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure secure operations.
