Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will oversee lobby flow, cash devices, and adherence to policies while building trusted relationships with clients.

You will educate the branch staff, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance, audits, and loss control. Weekend and evening hours are required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Adherence to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency with transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, while adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
