Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead for a Nashville-area branch to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure excellent client service. You will manage lobby flow, cash devices, and regulatory compliance while promoting self-service options for customers.

In this role, you will coach teammates, collaborate with the Branch Manager, and uphold loss control standards. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Strong client engagement and ability to refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while checking into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance and audits.
