Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our Wichita, KS branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver an outstanding client experience, lead daily operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

You will greet clients, assist with transactions, guide them to self-service options, and help build lasting relationships with our customers. The role requires 1+ years of retail banking, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized across tasks.
• Lead operations while ensuring transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
