Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee branch operations, support the Branch Manager, and deliver outstanding client experiences. You will guide staff, ensure policy compliance, and promote convenient self-service options for clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency enabling accurate transactions.
• Commitment to educating and uplifting the branch team and partners.
• Ability to build relationships and educate clients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to solutions; manage waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly and in line with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable clients to access accounts anytime, day or night.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
