Job summary

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You are detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask effectively.
• You have leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring accurate transactions in a collaborative team.
• You educate the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• You engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry; assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and manage the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations: cash vault, ATM; resolve issues with accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, anywhere.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
