Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Wichita to drive a welcoming branch experience, supervise operations, and coach teammates while ensuring compliance with banking rules.

In this role you will greet clients, manage lobby flow, process transactions, and promote self-service tools. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain accuracy, control, and high service standards for every visit.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, making them feel valued and appreciated; assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; anticipate needs while checking them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues quickly, maintaining accuracy and complying with policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs, elevating the client experience.
• Simplify clients' banking by sharing self-service options; enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits, to ensure smooth and secure operations.
