Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 7 years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and implementation for branch tech upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for regulatory compliance.
• Support branch expansions, relocations, and renovations.
• Oversee TCD replacement projects and IBS Teller migration tasks.
• Provide operational support and training content updates.
