Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of branch technology upgrades and regulatory-compliant processes. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate with the TCD Replacement and IBS Teller migration projects, and support weekend validation and production environments.

This role drives operational readiness for branch expansions, relocations, and renovations across the PBB Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking operations, PM, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency with TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Onsite availability with weekend support during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and implementation across branch technology upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and risk management.
• Oversee TCD Replacement and IBS Teller migration projects, including testing and data mapping.
• Support weekend validations for OS patches and Production/Non-Production environments.
• Own Teller Platform upgrades, training content, and desktop procedure updates.
• Provide technical support to branches for TCR balancing and issue resolution.
