Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to drive branch technology upgrades and ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with operations leadership to manage projects, risks, and training content, while coordinating with vendors and branches to keep Teller systems current.

Responsibilities include data mapping, testing, and migration from legacy systems to IBS Teller, with weekend support for critical patching and production readiness activities across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy (or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch technology upgrades and projects.
• Lead PBB division projects with risk, issues, and continuous improvement focus.
• Coordinate TCD Replacement with vendors and branches.
• Oversee IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration project and its tests.
• Create technical requirements and training content.
• Perform end-to-end testing: TCR, CTR, Conductor integration.
• Map data for scanned items via VSoft/Synergy; transition from TellerInsight to IBS Teller for compliance.
• Support OS patching and T&I requests across environments.
• Own Teller Platform operations, upgrades, and training content updates.
• Provide teller platform support: troubleshooting, new hire setup, and guidance.
• Collaborate with T&I, vendors, branches to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Document processes and pursue digitization and efficiency gains.
