Job summary

City National Bank in Frankfort, KY is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of branch technology upgrades, compliance-driven processes, and business continuity across the PBB Division. You will coordinate vendor relations, manage upgrades and testing for IBS Teller, Teller Insight migrations, and support weekend validations.

This role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and onsite availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy (or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Implementation: lead PBB division projects, resolve issues, manage risks and controls.
• Lead coordination for the TCD Replacement with vendors and branch personnel.
• Oversee IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration Project: BRD, training content, testing, data mapping, and legacy to IBS Teller transition.
• Support weekend validations for OS patching and T&I requests across environments.
• Own Teller Platform upgrades, training, and revised procedures.
