City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to oversee branch technology upgrades, regulatory adherence, and business continuity across the PBB division. You will manage vendor relationships and lead critical migrations, ensuring seamless branch operations during expansions and renovations.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and onsite flexibility, with weekend support during pivotal project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and implementation across the PBB division.
• Coordinate with vendors and branches to replace units and manage risks.
• Oversee IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration, including testing and data mapping.
• Provide technical support for the Teller platform to the branches.
• Document processes and identify digitization and efficiency opportunities.
