Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to drive branch technology upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuity during expansions, relocations, and renovations across the PBB Division. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, and own operational readiness, testing, and documentation to keep branches running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in banking operations and project delivery,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
Familiarity with Teller platforms and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to onsite work and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and implement branch technology upgrades across the PBB Division.
Coordinate with vendors and branch personnel; manage risks and stakeholder communications.
Oversee TCD Replacement and IBS Teller migration with testing and data mapping.
Support time-sensitive weekend validations for OS patching and IT requests.
Act as an application owner for the Teller Platform; update procedures and training content.
