Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to drive branch technology upgrades, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across the PBB Division. You will coordinate vendors, manage risks, and ensure seamless operations during expansions, relocations, and renovations.

You will partner with the Manager of Branch Enablement Operations to lead projects, oversee the TCD Replacement, and manage the IBS Teller migration, training content, and procedures for branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Implementation
• Lead PBB division projects, resolve issues, manage risks and controls, and address colleague pain points through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate for the TCD Replacement with vendors and branch personnel, including scheduling, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration project, including: technical business requirements documentation and training content, end-to-end testing, data mapping, and transition from TellerInsight to IBS Teller.
• Provide time-sensitive weekend validations for OS patching and Technology & Innovation requests across Production/Non-Production environments.
• Own and support Teller Platform applications, including upgrades, training content, and updating desktop procedures.
• Provide Teller platform technical support to branches including TCR balancing, troubleshooting, new hire setup, and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for digitization/efficiency gains.
