City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator in Topeka, KS to drive branch technology upgrades, regulatory compliance, and operations support within the PBB Division. You will bridge vendors, security, and branch teams to ensure readiness for relocations, renovations, and expansions.

The role emphasizes project management, end-to-end testing, training content creation, and strong stakeholder communication to maintain seamless branch services across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
• Experience with TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch enablement projects and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate TCD Replacement with vendors and branches.
• Oversee IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration project.
• Develop BRD and training content; conduct end-to-end testing.
• Data mapping for scanned items via VSoft and Synergy.
• Ensure transition from TellerInsight to IBS Teller and compliance.
• Provide weekend validations for OS patches.
• Own Teller Platform; coordinate upgrades and training.
• Support Teller platform at branches; TCR balancing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes.
