The Caregiving Company is seeking a Branch Director to lead a local CareCo office, driving revenue and hands-on operations. You’ll build relationships, manage referrals, and ensure high-quality care delivery while leading a team to achieve growth targets.

Ideal candidates bring a strong sales or business development background, proven team leadership, and a track record of accountability. This is a leadership role with long-term growth tied to performance.

• Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff.

$80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Profit Sharing)

Job Description

The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands-on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who is energized by face-to-face marketing, creating meaningful community connections, building a strong referral network, and driving new business. The Branch Director will own the sales process from building relationships and generating opportunities to converting referrals into clients and growing the office’s revenue.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results. This is a leadership role with meaningful upside, offering long-term financial and professional growth tied directly to performance.

Required Qualifications
