Responsibilities

• Sales & Community Development: Build and maintain referral partnerships; Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals; Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments.
• Operations & Care Delivery: Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality; Develop client care plans; Ensure continuity of care; Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff; Set clear expectations and coach for performance; Manage office performance using financial and operational data.
• Organizational Alignment: Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy; Identify opportunities to improve and grow the office.

The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands-on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results.
