The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands-on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Community Development

• Build and maintain referral partnerships (healthcare providers, community orgs)
• Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments

Operations & Care Delivery

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality
• Develop client care plans and ensure continuity of care
• Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff
• Set clear expectations and coach for performance
• Manage office performance using financial and operational data

Organizational Alignment

• Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the office

Required Qualifications
