CareCo is seeking a Branch Director to drive revenue growth and lead operations for a new local office. The role blends community-based sales with hands-on leadership, building referral networks and delivering high-quality care.

You will recruit and train staff, oversee scheduling and compliance, and establish a strong market presence. The position offers growth tied to performance and a long-term leadership path.

Formación

• Must have proven success in sales or relationship-driven roles.
• Demonstrated team leadership with ownership of results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with operations or business management is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain referral partnerships (healthcare providers, community orgs).
• Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals.
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality.
• Develop client care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff.
• Set clear expectations and coach for performance.
