Responsabilités

• Build and maintain referral partnerships (healthcare providers, community orgs).
• Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals.
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality.
• Develop client care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff.
• Set clear expectations and coach for performance.
• Manage office performance using financial and operational data.
• Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy.

Pay: $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Profit Sharing)

Job Description:

The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands‑on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results.
