Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience and ability to deliver timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, banking products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance promotions, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff and participate in branch activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
