The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, sell memberships and travel products, and handle inquiries in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.

You will support insurance and travel product sales, generate leads, resolve issues, and process payments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and career growth within AAA.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning workplace tech used in customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide information, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and escalate to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies and travel products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods and participate in branch activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
