The Auto Club Group is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Canton, MI. You will greet members, promote memberships and travel products, and support sales efforts while delivering excellent service in a friendly, professional environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing payments, and providing administrative support to the team. This in-office position requires flexibility during peak periods and occasional weekend hours.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Experience: Experience working in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Problem Solving & Ownership: Ability to take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Digital Confidence: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning workplace technology that supports customer service.
• Organization & Prioritization: Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and stay focused on meeting office and customer service goals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships and travel products.
• Generate leads and share travel/insurance promotions; conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints; escalate as needed.
• Process payments for policies and products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
