The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Canton, MI. You will greet members, promote AAA memberships and travel products, and help them with insurance and banking options. The role emphasizes sales, satisfaction, and professional growth within a friendly branch setting.

You will handle payments, resolve inquiries, and provide teamwork-based support during peak periods, with a schedule that runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Comfort with basic math and cash handling in a retail/service setting.

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance info, and conduct outbound promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products, balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support and participate in office activities to hit branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
