AAA The Auto Club Group in Minnesota seeks a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote memberships and travel products, and support sales goals in an on-site branch.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process payments, and assist travel and insurance staff during peak periods, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

This role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and a people-first service mindset, with opportunities for career growth within AAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Experience: Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Problem Solving & Ownership: Take personal responsibility, good judgment, and seek solutions.
• Digital Confidence: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and workplace tech.
• Organization & Prioritization: Multitask, prioritize, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsabilités

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
