Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and assist patients.
• Process orders, verify insurance and gather necessary documentation for billing.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and perform data entry.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person.
