Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service, manage orders, and verify insurance at our Houston branch. You will work with patients, providers, and team members to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation for billing and payor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year related work experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or call center environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorization based on payor guidelines.
• Gathers documentation to bill health insurance plans and reconciles daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and support billing activities.
