Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and comply with security standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and deliver hospitality while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume environment.
