Capital One is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador in the Eastern Suffolk Area, including Shirley, NY. You’ll be the face of a hospitality-focused banking space, guiding customers through digital tools and everyday financial needs.

In this role you’ll handle high-volume transactions accurately, educate clients on mobile banking, and connect customers with the right digital solutions while maintaining a welcoming, community-first atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At Least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit, and contactless payments.
• Actively listen to identify needs and pair customers with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality-forward environment.
