Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy, including deposits and withdrawals, while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on using mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs through active listening and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere while balancing efficiency and hospitality.
