You’ll work with a flexible schedule, support nearby branches, and contribute to a culture of trust and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and comply with regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Actively listen to uncover goals and map them to digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality-first environment.
