Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
HCA or CNA certificates preferred.
At least one year scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care.
Coordinate client assessments, care planning, and updates with families and healthcare professionals.
Manage scheduling, visits, and transitions between caregivers.
Act as liaison among clients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee resource management within budget constraints and optimize staffing.
