Job summary

Serengeti Care is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a caregiving team and oversee client care across a network of clients. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure compassionate, personalized care and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for aligning mission and values, coordinating care plans, supervising caregivers, and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Language: Intermediate ability to effectively communicate with others; read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents, correspondences, and memos.
• Math: Intermediate math reasoning skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, calculate figures, and count money.
• Reasoning: High skill ability to reason with logic, solve practical problems, and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Technical Aptitude: High skill and ability to train in various systems and office equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Employee scheduling management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client care processes and coordinate a team of caregivers.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across client records and care plans.
• Schedule caregivers, organize visits, and supervise performance and training.
• Serve as primary liaison among clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain documentation, drive continuous improvement, and manage resources and budgets.
