Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, building and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of products and services. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at first contact, using internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple-to-understand way.
• Deliver Woodforest Experience by creating warm, personalized customer interactions daily.
• Engage customers to understand financial needs and explain products and digital solutions clearly.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms with confidence.
